Nice video and picture quality, I saw everything nicely.
I don't understand nothing but I saw every characteristic of board.
You should only remove heatsink to show VRM but if you use board that's not necessary.
I can't wait to see new X99 FTW K... that will be interesting board as well.

Hey guys
I have been considering getting this board too.
Currently I'm running a Asus deluxe z97 4970k
What made me turn my head towards this board is the ability of connecting two m.2ssd.
But I read you sacrifice Sata ports 4-5. Is this true?
Because I much rather have all my Sata ports available.
Other then this what ram is recommended for optimum process.
Not into OC this at all or water cooling. Some of you know me to water cool almost anything.
But all in all Hello again guys....

Only the first M.2 (110mm one) shares bandwidth with the last two SATA ports. The second M.2 (80mm one) shares bandwidth with the PCIE 16 @ x4 slot (fourth PCIE slot down on the board). You could always get an add-in card for your M.2 if you really need to retain those 2 SATA ports. Keep in mind that the two SATA Express ports provide 4 more native SATA 3 ports, giving the board a grand total of 6 Intel SATA and 4 Marvell SATA ports. I'd be very surprised if you needed more than that. You will not find a Z170 motherboard that does not disable SATA ports when M.2 is in use as far as I know - only thing you can do is get a board with more SATA if you need the room. As for RAM, my personal preference is GSKILL, and the kit I have is in my sig.
