25% fans up to 40C then straight climb to 70% from 40C-100C

Since my card never goes above 35C at idle (includes watching fullscreen video, browsing). I have it ramp straight to 70% at 40C because it's pretty much a guaranteed I'm in 3d mode gaming at that point. And I find 70% to be about my  limit for tolerable fan noise

Depends if you trust the default EVGA fan curve. But it's far too conservative for my liking.

Well i changed it i use a custom,

Now it's 30% untill 30% then it goes up..  40 for 40..50 for 50.. blablabla...

but i'm just worried about the 40 degrees idle but maybe it's because i use maxiumum performance in power setttings, it helps with coil whine.

Yes, since it will not allow the GPU to "downclock" it is running at full available clock speeds @ idle

Specs:  Case, Motherboard, Video card, Power supply, Monitor

what howdy2u2 said, your card doesnt down clock wich makes it run hotter.
