Change power management mode inside the nvidia control panel from optimal to adaptive. Reboot PC. Retest.

I have two 4K monitors, One of those use HDMI, another use DisplayPort. SO one of those is 3840X2160 30HZ, which is DELL UP2414Q, another is 3840X2160 60HZ, which is LG 27. Both of them have same problem, whatever my video plays on my bowers in each of them. UPDATE Still has this problem, even I set " Power management mode" to "adaptive"

The solution is to disable hardware acceleration in your browser.

UPDATE Still has this problem, even I set " Power management mode" to "adaptive" After you made this change above did you restart your computer? Or use IE 11 as I do on my Windows 10 Rig. Or at least test with IE 11 (This is the default in IE 11 disable hardware acceleration that is) I still never found this setting in EDGE on Windows 10.

UPDATE installed and tested in 368.25 1. very good condition in EDGE. No problem for one screen and one video. Little bit in two screen, maybe appear in 0.1s when I open or loading two videos in the same time. but just a part of picture. Normal is great. 2. Google Chrome good condition in one screen one video trouble condition in two screen, Screen Mess even more than lastest version. For example: full screen mess, green and black screen, frozen, lost frame

UPDATE I upgraded to the last version. I replaced my DELL Monitor video cable from HDMI to DisplayProt, so that I am able to use 60Hz for both of my two monitor. Condition is much better that past, but still has some problem. In Windows Edge, it is not PROBLEM for watch two 4K video! NOT PROBLEM! In Google Chrome, it is much much better at FULL SCREEN when U DONT MOVE YOUR MOUSE! SO WEIRD! It 100% happens at moving mouse, which screen you move, which screen will shows up the mess! It will happen when video is loading not long enough (my network is 1000M) My guess is 1. the mess prefer shows up when high CPU use, 2. software doesn't optimize enough. 3. two Monitors have different reflash frequency will cause the mess more heavier.
