Hello my GTX 690 got broken and my shop send it to evga service and now im waiting, the status is "Sent do procucent" it was in 22.06... And I want to ask how much time evga need to take decision what next?

once it has arrived it takes 1-3 "business days" to process. then the status should update and possibly be sent out that day,or the next (business day)depending of the time of day it is "approved" (if it does get approval ) Hope this helps some .

Yes it helps :). Status changed in monday 22.06 but i think thats the status when my polish shot asked for package and card arrived in saturday maybe... I reside in europe (poland)

EVGA carries many older cards in backstock for RMA work.Just because a card isnt being sold currently means absolutely nothing to a RMA cards availability.
EVGA in any case would either give you another 690 or a newer card equal to or better in total performance to the 690,but never your money back .

When something like this goes faulty if you send the card to repair yourself you can usually get it back a little more quickly

RMA or warranty work does not work like that,it would be financial suicide to offer someone a new card that is worth 1,000 for a broken card that was worth 1,000 almost 3 years ago.

Hey, it's me again... I still don't know anything about my card... "sent to producent" it was 22.06.2015...... I took my card to shop in 11.06.2015 :/ It's going to be a month and 0 news :/ What can i do?

i would say you need to CALL EVGA

But I don't know any other language except English or Polish , it was send to evga Germany .. They can speak english? :D
