    EVGA's LATAM office is in Miami.  Since EVGA does have a presence in the state, it must charge sales tax on orders in Florida.

    because waterblocks that are available are only for Reference Desing cards, non reference waterblocks takes months before they are released

    waterblocks available for 970/980 video cards right now are for reference design cards, I just need to be sure that the waterblocks will fit
