Early switch from July to August?

I believe that the switch from July to August (in terms of EVGA's point tracking) was made between 6 am and 8 am PDT (1 pm and 3 pm UTC, respectively). This is significantly earlier than usual - was this intended? Normally I wouldn't care, but this was a bad month for me and an additional 6 hours are the difference between missing 1.5M for the month and making it.
 
My evidence:
At time of posting, the EVGA tracker claims that I have pushed 89839 points for the month. The sum of the hourly totals from 7/31 at 12pm to 7/31 at 9 pm comes out to exactly that. While it's possible that this is a coincidence, it seems more likely that the switch happened at the beginning of that range.

    Yeah, I see that now too. It seems they switched sometime between 6AM - 9AM Pacific, which is about 15-18 hours early.
