Hi my battle.net app is constantly crashing every 30 seconds on windows 10 pro x64, after I disable evga precision the problem is gone.
Is this going to be fixed?

yeah, this is annoying, I have a GTX 970 that I want Precision running on.  Not sure who's fault it is, but I cannot run Battlenet Destop app In Windows 10 while EVGA Precision X is running.  5.3.5 - 5.3.6 - 5.3.7 all cause the Battlenet Destop app to Stop Responding.  It's very annoying. I sure hope they are looking into this matter on both ends.

this same computer ran EVGA Precision and Battlenet just fine Together for a year or more when it was running Windows 7.  I have also tried a clean install of Windows 10, along with the upgrade with the same results.  Battlenet is perfectly fine until EVGA Precision is started.  Then usually within 15 minutes Battlenet will stop responding.

Edit:  After more searching I found a fix posted by another person and tried it.  It seems to be working.  The problem seems to be with the OSD in EVGA Precision.  I do not like the OSD, so I do not use it.  I monitor everything on my second monitor.  Somebody on the Blizzard forums suggested that turning on the OSD fixed the problem.  Lo and behold, they were correct.  I have now turned on my OSD and Battlenet has not crashed in 3 hours.

I do not like this fix because I do not like the OSD, but I can tolerate it for now.  The only other issue is, Far Cry 4 will not start if the OSD is on...

update:  EVGA Precision X 5.3.8 is now out.  They have updated the OSD in this version because of crashes caused by OSD being "on" in other games.  Apparently this was enough of a change to the OSD engine that it also fixed it so that OSD being "off" in Battlenet no longer crashes it.  So now all seems to be good.

update: Battlenet has been running a little over 15 hours now with 5.3.8 and the OSD "off" and no "Battlenet has stopped responding" problems.  Problem is definitely fixed by EVGA

Yes, 5.3.8 should be the fix for that, OSD should show as well if enabled.
