I just had a need to contact customer service, I think it was Taiwan by the email supportTW@evga.com I'm and old dude started playing with computers in the days of commodore 64 so had many interactions with help desks etc.
 
Just want to say EVGA has the best customer service I have ever come across

    You're welcome and I am glad to hear everything is resolved. We try to have the best support in the industry. You are correct and the supportTW@evga.com e-mail is handled by our Taiwan office for the APAC region.

    Exactly what the rep in Taiwan wrote, that shows the culture of service at EVGA is world wide, whoever is responsible for that training is doing an excellent job.
