I mean you agreed to the server rules when you joined the event, which contain those lines.
No negative or derogatory behavior directed towards other members.
Swearing and vulgar remarks in excess will not be tolerated and will result in a temporary or permanent ban

Each admin interprets those differently, so I'd like to see what got you kicked in the first place.

I for one think t-bagging is funny and a part of the game.  What is not funny is that admins clearly on several occasions have double standards.

It wasn't always like this on evga gaming servers, back when the servers were managed by the active gaming community, we didn't kick or temp ban players for two weeks for saying a few bad words. If a player went overboard with it, we would warn them or mute/gag them (in TF2).  Evga never had a problem with us handling things that way.

I don't have any problems with t-bagging.  I do it to anyone i recognize from the forums to get a reaction out of them.

Sorry, I would like to edit my post (was only being a wiseguy in my initial post)... I have nothing bad to say about EVGA's tech support or their products. back from day one (purchasing the 9800 GTs) It's flawless, it's great, they're great, the hardware is great... (you get the picture). If you have an issue, you send a support ticket, and they get back to you ASAP. it's that easy. Other than major holidays, they're basically backing you 24/7 phone, email, or directly through the support ticket on your products for technical service. So I'm not sure where there is "no" customer service at... I'm actually have a small nuisance with my 980, even though I can work around it..., and there they are, wanting to service my issue. You have a great company that's backing your product. what are you losing out on? Because an EVGA admin that actually t-bagged you, who does not work for technical support, t bagged you in a video game? HA. get back up and get a bigger gun and go blow their head off lol.

If my memory serves me correctly there is a stipulation in the agreements that all admin signed they must act in a professional manner and represent evga in such form. Does not matter if they work for tech support. They agreed to it.

I was meaning that you can't really blame the sales department or the tech services, or even the hardware for that matter, on how/why the EVGA servers are not being managed properly. I honestly know nothing about it. I'm just seeing this at another eye level. And honestly, the OP should just get off his hands and knees, get the bigger gun, and go blast the admin guy over and over again. get his gang together, and just target him repeatedly (some people might call this "stalking". I call it personal revenge) (while saying nothing). I used to do this same thing on BF2 with a sniper rifle (yeah it's been that long), and it would actually make people rage log. Not really sure it's that necessary though...

Good times picking them off while they try and start up a helicopter... hehehe

For the record, though, I was being serious on my last post.
And that is the problem, Xrayman, with a lot of people being so serious every where we go. They take things way too seriously. They need to lighten up; it's just A GAME.

This is a serious topic, not only to them, but anyone else that may have posted this type of thread. I'm surprised they didn't PM me to have your post(s) deleted. There are other threads where jokes may be made, that are less serious. Nothing against you, but I'm just trying to make proper sense of things. Anyway, as a MOD I am neutral in the way I Moderate, and any "complaint" here is taking seriously, and Moderated accordingly. Ok, let's get back on topic now.

We used to have a small group that played together (not on EVGA servers) and we used to t-bag live enemies. I have actually been stood on before not knowing they were there. But in this Case due to the strict rules set down by EVGA I Do believe he has a Point. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander (old saying). Admins. should know better to not start Problems with players that have no form of defence to the Admin.  My Personal opinion. (example)We used to kill hackers when they got on our team to make them rage quit the lobby. Now we have no form of ridding them out of lobby due to the fact that now if you team kill it kills the person doing the shooting. So now due to poor detection of cheats we have to live with them or go to another lobby. Which isnt always possible due to low numbers in Hardcore games.

How is crouching down (something that is built into the game) starting problems? And I'm pretty sure that big gun in their hands is a good form of defence to other players (it works for me).

TL;DR....
My point remains valid. It's a game...(why so serious?), which means it should be used for pleasure and enjoyment. Period.

So the admin t-bagged him....Fine... get up, go find the admin, and target "him" directly, and nobody else. Keep picking him off, again and again and again, if it means that much to you. Keep your mouth quiet while doing it.

And if you're good enough, head shot him 3x in a row during all 3 respawns (long range rifles are best). He'll love that too.
But don't stop there either. Just keep going until you're satisfied.
And before you know it... you'll see an admin blast another "rule" added on the server.

These are the very reasons why the EVGA game servers are a ghost town outside of these events. Admins are the major problem. A legit server should have an admin who simply kicks for repeated TK's, flooding chat with useless drivel etc. I dont really know why they have the strict rated PG server anyways. Event rules state you have to be over 18yrs old to enter (or parents permission). The game has a rating of M, so cursing, violence etc. are implied. I really want the server to be healthy more often, Id love to play with folks from this community more, but I do these events and thats it. I struggle to get through these events because of the bad taste the admins have left.

My comment was about dealing with a personal vendetta, not to rack up points by "cheating" the event to try and win something.

So you think that cursing and personal attacks should be allowed in the server, yet you think an admin tbagging is ruining the server?

Re-read my post closely. I said if they are going to be PG and not allow the cursing, than they should not allow the t-bagging sexual innuendo's. You cant say were PG, no cursing but go allow other non pg actions. Its the whole pick and choose which rule to enforce based on different admins.

Personally i dont care what people say or do in the game. Im an adult and I bought a game rated Mature, so anything said or done I am already expecting. I dont take my gaming seriously, its a time of fun an relaxation. If someone wants to nerd rage and curse or whatever, so be it. Its just a game, Im not getting offended, its not going to disturb or offend me. I only said t-bagging should be blocked as well if they want to block cursing and make it a PG server.

Oh so you are saying that they should kick and ban everyone that presses the Ctrl button after a kill?  That will definitely help fill the servers right?

If they were smart enough, they would have a PG server, and an adult server. In the adult server, anything goes. Case closed.

And, once again, Stoner, thank you for posting that It's just a game.

Hardcore is mostly a dead game mode for Battlefield 4. You can see this for yourself via the server options. Going that route isn't going to populate the server regardless of your personal preferences. Although I hate 24/7 spam maps like metro/locker that is the most popular server type, so if EVGA wanted people using that second server routinely they'd go that route instead.

Not my fault if you're offended.

You must not look in the right places, I have like 10 HC servers favorited that I frequent. I hate NON HC. Minimaps with peoples location sucks, multiple shots to kill etc. There are loads of HC servers that stay populated.

IMO the only thing wrong with infantry hardcore is the low health and that the missing spotting/minimap feature kinda promotes camping.
Basicly every guy ever that i saw comment on the Battlelog how hardcore is like the only mode to play mained lmgs and had incredibly low accuracy, I hope you are not one of them.

Well the servers are already empty so it can't hurt can it? Also you're completely ignoring st0n3r's point, either make the server a "safe space" or remove the silly rules since the game is rated M.

I was in the server last night and it seemed full to me...

I'm not ignoring his point, he either wants it with no rules at all with personal attacks and vulgar language everywhere, or wants it to be a nanny state where you can't even crouch in the game. Both sound terrible to me.

The game is Rated M (Mature) blood, violence and strong vulgar language - listed right on the game itself. So, if you buy the game you expect those things in the game. Complaining about cursing, violence etc. is just petty nitpicking. If you cannot stand what the game tells you is in it, dont buy the game. I for one am an adult, cursing, violence, sexual inuendo's etc. do not bother me. I am not a thin skinned, mentally sensitive person who cannot deal with something thats included with what i purchased. I am not saying you, or anyone else here is thin skinned / mentally sensitive etc. Im saying that by purchasing the a product with the ratings it has, you know you will experience the above things.

We cannot have a "partly" PG server when 1 admin is on, and a M server with another...

For example, last night I died to something that would never happen. I simply stated, "oh thats (Deleted for Foul Language). 1 post in like 2hrs time. I was immediately told by an admin "h41fbak3d, tone is WAY down or you will be kicked". However, chat was riddled with people saying (Deleted for Foul Language)(Deleted for Foul Language) and many other things by other players both before, during and after my 1 statement. Nobody else was warned. I spoke up and asked about it and than a statement of "lets all just calm down" and some of those same people kept on without any warnings.

Exactly and why adding another rule about no crouching to an already PG enough server would be terrible; which is why I'm against it.

I don't mind cursing/vulgar language in game.  What I don't like is all the blatant racism and constant personal attacks you see from kids trying to troll on servers with no rules.  This is a Mature rated game and I like playing with mature minded people.
