When you enter the voltage manually and hit enter does the 1.500 stay there at the screen but the dashboard section stays the same at the top?
If so this may be basically as stated above voltage droop, most DDR3 board do it at some level, some more than others.
You can test it though, either increase or decrease the voltage (increase is what I would try) and just set it reboot and go back into BIOS and see if it changed, if it did, then set it back. You are running good RAM so a little bump in voltage under no load for a very brief period of time should have no adverse effects.
If the change is NOT shown, I would recommend flashing the BIOS and/or trying a different BIOS as you are using a Classified which has 3 BIOS's (completely separate BIOS chips).
