Try turning off noise suppression and acoustic echo cancellation is turned off in your mic settings if you're using the on board audio. They've been known to cause random freezes.

I have 4 cores, and the only options in BIOS is 1, 2, and all. So you shouldn't have a 6 option in BIOS, that is normal.

Try using USB method. It's a lot better. It might be an issue with your CD/DVD drive being old.

Thats great Tech Savy, So all other people buy a Corvette from ASUS because it comes with 600HP and you would instead buy a Corvette from EVGA with 300HP because they think your tech Savy and will make it 600HP yourself for the same money .. Great thinking

In a way I did try that tip. When I tried to update my bios with 77, I had an "old" PS2 Compaq keyboard and now I have a razer blackwidow which is USB.

Yes, it's my CD boot and only drive. Hmm.. to try with a SATA drive Iwould either have to buy a new one or hijack one from my brother's PC. lol

Another example (201x20 = 200.5x20) Why? It's possible solve? - With processor 980X, the temperature on bios is not correct Please fix...
