This just removed my BIOS Logo..and there are no options in the bios to enable/disable bios logo LOL what to do?

It was removed because there is no more space left in the BIOS. Sorry

Why not offer a bigger Bios chip that people can buy as a upgrade for more advanced Bio's?

Wow BK, it's been a long time since I have seen you post on this category, welcome back to the X58 mobo category.
It's not that easy. First, the OS only allows a certain amount of bytes reserved for the BIOS (in shadow RAM). Now it seems to me the BIOS code could still do what you say though, since it could access some special ROM addresses not avail to the OS for the logo (without using shadow RAM for it). But the prob lies in the $$, not the limitations. The board would have to be redesigned to allow either a second BIOS ROM chip, or a bigger one. They already have a hard time cramming all that stuff on one mobo. First there's the engineering costs, then the production costs. They are not going to do such a thing for the plain vanilla boards bc of added $$. Personally, I don't want to pay more for that either. They could do it for the classys though, but everyone would pay a dozen more $$ for it too.

Main (gaming) rig: i7-3930K; Asus Rampage IV Extreme; H100 W/p-p Excaliburs, AS5; MSI 7870 2GD5/OC; Crucial M4 SSD 256GB.
See my primary ModsRigs: Adam for the rest, and I have a second (wife's) rig Asus Rampage III Extreme & 960: Eve.

Thanks for the info, I didn't know :)

Isn't that a bad thing if there is no more space left in the BIOS ??

Not really. They removed it so they could add more code like I stated above. The logo screen is useless to the operations of the mobo. Now the newer i7s are supported. Which would you rather have? Eye Candy that does nothing or support for your brand new 980x?

So if that's the case, do like I mentioned before and go back to the older bios. Only real use for bios 44 to 73 was for newer cpus and memory compatability with newer cpus. That way you are still compatible and have your precious logo at the same time.
