EVGA you are the best!!!! So much new BIOS's. I update my BIOS more then I update my drivers! lol. The new BIOS is indeed better for overclocking the memory. Finally stable 2100MHz. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Well I gave this bios a shot but see no difference in my memory overclock ability,in fact the same 7 7 7 20 70 2000 on my gskills yields 180 points less in winsat/mem.

Ok, this BIOS is bad in my setup. I burnt it in and loaded defaults. And I can't see my 12GB RAM after 149 BCLK. No matter what settings (raising VTT upto +250mv, vDDR, vcore, 1T to 2T, relaxed timings etc.) I used. BTW, before you start saying that its my setup and not this BIOS, here are my settings with SZ50 BIOS which detect the 12GB RAM and are LinX and prime stable: RAM - 2:8, 8-8-8-24-1T, 1.625V;CPU - Auto vcore, 21x196, without vDroop, +75mV VTT. (My usual style is make it LinX stable for at least 2 hrs at max memory size, and then decrease BCLK by 1; so, this setup is actually stable at 21x197). The only difference between RAM settings in this BIOS and in SZ50 are two new values: AC and RC. I have no idea what they are, but they may be the cause of my 12GB not getting detected. And the S3 issue is still there. Loaded defaults (BCLK 133), set the vcore manually to 1.25 (high enough to run 4.1Ghz), slept to S3, woke up, slept again, woke up, slept again and boom: reboot instead of waking up. Exact same symptoms as seen with earlier BIOSes.

BIOS working great for me so far, except... I found a software issue. Since flashing to these BIOS, when I try to run CPU Tweaker v1.5, I get... ERROR! At least one DIMM need to be in channel A! It turns out that my memory was running in dual channel mode. I had to change the "MCH Strap" setting from "Auto" to "DRAM Ratio" to get it back to triple channel.

running 70 beta now, have been using 2z. seems that hpnet was already on 64-bit, which is one less thing for me to have to remember to adjust, if i go back to stock settings.

Does anybody know about the AC/RC settings in memory and why the full 12GB of memory doesn't get detected at BCLK 150 or greater, whereas it works great in earlier BIOSes (tested until SZ50)? This is a huge regression IMO. It destroys current stable setup by a mile (compare BCLK of 149 with 196).

Just curious, how many of you are remembering to set your BIOS back to defaults before and after flashing and of course not using any pre-saved profiles? In some cases, you may need to do a full CMOS reset, i.e. removing the battery for 15 minutes or so.

Really it's getting annoying, not like your computer is broken because S3 isn't perfect. I don't use S3, but last I checked Windows 7 has sleep mode that power down the PC too save power and can be woken up from keyboard. Use that until EVGA get's S3 too fit your high and mighty needs. This bios causes me the problem of loosing 2 of 6 gb of RAM, erlier bios(S610) was working well for me. I had to configure my memory latencies and mhz to work OK... If I see more problems I will post here. EDIT: When overclocking...fails, but with only the multiplier of the RAM on 2:8 EDIT2: I did a roll back to E76059.bin and it worked for me... I hope this can be fixed on the final release

May be it will help for you to know that if BIOS doesn't provide working S3, Windows 7's sleep mode doesn't work. Windows 7's sleep IS using S3. He like many of us, test the BIOS to see if the S3 issues are fixed or not. And without telling Evga that its still not fixed, they aren't going to do anything about it. Not that they are doing anything about it anyway, but I think it helps to keep this on. I challenge evga to solve this S3 problem and not fix tiny-winy tweak here and there and release a new BIOS. And their memory tweaks have failed in the latest BIOS because they make the RAM disappear using a mild overclock of 150 BCLK.

S3 works but not with manual vcore. With manual vcore, even at stock speeds, it reboots on third resume. With auto vcore, it resumes 5 times. On sixth, it resumes but temps are crazy high.
