So I am planning on ordering a FTW 1070 from America, but I am just wondering if I would receive the customer service since I don't live in NA/EU?

    The global warranty requires you to register the card upon receipt?

    If the customer lives outside the US/Canada/Europe, they won't be able to take advantage of optional programs by registering the card with in 14days.
     
    It is good to register the card, it could end up giving you a longer warranty, the Guest RMA goes by the date the card was shipped by evga.

    as others have said, you will have a global warranty even if purchased in USA you may still register the product at eu.evga.com when living in Dubai.

    Apart from United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, only the Countries listed at https://eu.evga.com/eligible-countries/ would be eligible for extended warranty options.
