I recently bought the EVGA UVPlus 39 for the purpose of adding a third monitor so we can do a three monitor video wall using our intel nuc. The device is plugged into a usb 3.0 port(with update to date drivers) and to our 24inch asus monitor through a hdmi cable. We are experiencing slow animations and digital artifacts. We have all the display link software up to date and are trying to figure out to optimize the performance of the device. Any advice or troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

    As a means to narrow down the issue can you try the UVPlus either on 2 monitors (main via card/motherboard + one on UVPlus) on a separate system.  Not sure if this may be related to resources or specifically the UVPlus but this will help find out.
     
    Please let us know what resolution display you are using as well as the CPU in the Intel NUC as well as any adapters that may be in use as well.
     
    If you suspect software corruption here is the uninstaller.
