I got this from a friend and the problem is that the PSU does have power but doesn't throws any power out to the rails. (24pin/CPUpin/VGApin/Sata). Tested in 3 Different units.

Any suggestion how to fix this?
Its just to sad if I throw this PSU away.

PS: Tried Guest RMA, sadly warranty is expired already.

Here is the manual for it if you don't already have it.

When you put DIP switches 5 and 1 to ON, the unit should turn on for stand-alone bench testing..I would put DIP switches 5, 1, 3 and 4 to ON so that the DIP switches are enabled (5), it runs without being connected to the mobo (1), it is in single-rail mode (3), and the fan is forced to 100% (4)..Then it should turn on, the fan should spin and you can check the pinout voltages at the component end of the cables with a multimeter..If it fails, see the Safety Information in the manual..Only qualified people should take the thing apart and see what might be wrong with it and if it could be fixed.

Hi again. Tested the PSU and nothing happened. The LED light near the dip switch was just on Red. Guess I need a specialist to check this PSU.
