So this has been happening for a 2 weeks already since I completed my build, when powered on everthing works fine. But for some reason I will do a full shutdown at Windows 8.1 at night. Then I'll come back later on in the day, I'll turn my PC on and my fans turn on with no LEDs (They're suppose to have LEDs). After that nothing happens, the fans spins and nothing happens for a while.

However, if I flip the PSU switch on and off; The computer will turn on fine. So far at this point, I'm not completely sure if this is a power supply issue or a motherboard one. Since this has been happening, I would now have to flip the PSU switch after I shutdown my computer and turn the PSU switch on when I turn on the computer.

Also to note this does not happen, when I do a full shutdown of my pc. Wait a minutes later, and it will turn on fine. It just seems to happen when I leave my computer off for a couple hours and then the issue happens.

Here's the rest of the build:

I would double check connections for the front panel switches and lights on the mobo. If you continue having the problem give evga tech support a call see what they suggest to test.
