Well today i received a replacement GTX 560 i had a problem with my original one about 2 weeks back, anyways upon installing the new GPU in my motherboard and booting i noticed there was no Sli option in my control panel in fact after some investigation i noticed that they had sent me a model of the GTX 560 that has less cores then my original one, which is why they would not run in Sli mode. Needless to say i was a bit upset having waited weeks for cross shipping and the entire hassle of tickets RMA approval and everything, EVGA said fine send in the one that does not work again and we will send another replacement, so i left it at that. About 5 minutes later i get a phone call from EVGA saying they had some bad news and some good news "oh great " i thought and on he went to tell me that they no longer have any GTX 560 for replacement but they would however be replacing both of my GTX 560's with Two new GTX 660's!!! OMG Thank You so much EVGA i have always purchased EVGA for there excellent  warranty and this is a perfect example of that excellence! Thank You!!

    On top of that they sent prepaid shipping labels for both gpu's and will be sending both back via 2 day Air !!!

    I had a similar issue recently with my GTX 460 SC EE's (x2)...  Overheating requested replacement and BAM! They cross shipped me 2 new GTX 660 SC's... I have had great experience with EVGA backing there products having had several RMA's in the  6 years I have been a member. This is truly what brings me back time and time again. THANX again EVGA and shot out to Jaeson W. for handling it.
