It seems EVGA precisionX 5.3.7 and Logitech Setpoint 6.65/6.67 are not playing nice with each other.  I've also seen this issue posted in a thread for PrecisionX 5.3.5, so it's been around a while.  Can someone at EVGA develpment take a look at this?  BTW, I'm running Windows 10 Pro RTM (build 10240).

After a while of both apps running on my Win 10 Pro machine, right clicking or double clicking on the setpoint task bar tray icon stops working.  Neither the context menu nor the GUI will open.  I also see a setpoint icon strangely appear on my task bar (outside the system tray) next to the task view icon, but underneath the Microsoft edge icon like it's being misdrawn by explorer.  I tried going back to 6.65 from 6.67, reinstalling multiple times, nothing helped.

In troublshooting it myself, I was watching things with SysInternals Process Monitor, and noticed a lot of somewhat related activity by PrecsionX when trying to activate setpoint.  So I happened to shut down EVGA PrecisionX to see what Procmon would show me.  In doing so, setpoint immediately crashed with the following Windows error (event ID=1000 Application error):

Faulting application name: SetPoint.exe, version: 6.67.82.0, time stamp: 0x55b123fe
Faulting module name: PrecisionXServerHooks_x64.dll_unloaded, version: 5.3.7.0, time stamp: 0x55cc10b1
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0000000000003043
Faulting process id: 0x44c
Faulting application start time: 0x01d0e1bbf504c139
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Logitech\SetPointP\SetPoint.exe
Faulting module path: PrecisionXServerHooks_x64.dll
Report Id: 8092c5f4-d64e-4a6d-b04e-7e3dcd44a72d
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:

The WER (windows error reporting) restarts setpoint and all works fine as long as I don't restart EVGA PrecisionX.  Once I do, setpoint will stop working again.  I've also duplicated this crash when shutting down EVGA PrecisionX multiple times with setpoint running, happens every time.

I had conflicts with PrecisionX and Setpoint also. What worked for me was to roll back to Setpoint 6.32.7 with driver version 5.33.14. I have the same Windows version (Pro X64). I know machines vary.
Hope it works for you also. So far PrecisionX and Setpoint are playing nice together.

Thanks Flycatcher.  I had seen other posts suggesting this, maybe I'll try it.  For now, I can get at my mouse settings by shutting down PrecisionX, which crashes setpoint and restarts it and things work.  I also found posts saying to put the executables in the PrecisionX server exception list, and while that does seem to help sometimes, it also seems like it's not 100% effective either.  For the longer term, I'm hoping that EVGA will take notice of this issue and fix it.
