The Standalone you download and install the Steam version you logon to Steam and install it from within Steam. I always use the Standalone Version.

Do the yellow arrows no longer supply a full menu for options? I can see 980ti classified and sensor. Monitoring, but the old menus seem to have moved into a stand alone section?
I haven't been on my computer lately, if you can't tell, lol.

6.0.8 seems to cause a conflict with Skyrim ENB. When it is in the background, the game will crash (without loading the Bethesda logo). The conflict seems to come from the ENB file d3d9.dll. exiting EVGA precision or deleting the d3d9.dll file will allow the game to run without any problems. Edit: I am not sure whats the issue now but I deleted everything and reinstalled 6.0.7 which before I had no issues, but now there seems to be an issue too, so I have no idea :( P.s. Windows 10 updated to the latest version yesterday.

Temperature Hysteresis for fan curves has not worked for a long time, and it appears to still be broken in 6.0.8. Is this on your guys' radar at all? There's quite a bit of resonance at certain RPM's on the 1k coolers that can be avoided with proper hysteresis.

OSD is not working with BattleField. Even in DX11.

How can I change the color of the text, numbers and graphs in HW Monitoring?
The dark red and blue is impossible for me to read.
I also need larger text and numbers.

1. Won't load with Windows start up, even though the option is selected
2. FPS never shows as anything but "0" in keyboard display
3. OSD appears randomly in games, most often appearing in applications like Acrobat
4. Profile does not save...anywhere
It's a simple bloody application. Why can't y'all GET...IT...RIGHT?

With 6.08 running with OSD display, 3DMark Time Spy/Firestrike crashes for me "oops an error occurred". If I exit 6.08 3DMark successfully completes. This wasn't happening in 6.07.

So is precision X ever going to be properly fixed before you guys worry about adding more cards? I havent used like the last 5 releases because they all have the same issues, listing cards out of order, reporting usage that doesn't exist, etc, etc, etc. reverting back about 7 versions again....................... maybe the next one will work right.

Running 6.08 with OSD display, 3DMARK TIME SPY crashes when any of test is loading.
However, the demo passes.

I want to report a minor issue with displaying monitored stats in the Logitech Display on the Logitech G13 keypad.
Everything works fine when initially configured, or when the program is launched manually. But when launched at Windows start, Precision starts up before the Logitech software has fully loaded, meaning Precision isn't able to connect to the display. So after a reboot (with Precision set to start with Windows), none of the monitoring stats show up in the Logitech display unless Precision is subsequently closed and restarted.
My "workaround" has been to edit the scheduled task which starts Precision, adding a 30sec delay (only needs 1-2 seconds, but the minimum delay Windows Task Scheduler offers is 30sec). That allows time for the Logitech to fully initialize before Precision tries to use it.
It would be nice if Precision would retry or have a few second delay before attempting to display stats in the Logitech display.
