Any chance we'll see 165fps limit in next Precision X OC?
Really would like that for limiting DOOM on my monitor.

Hello Couple of problems with the new Precision X OC. 1 When the hardware monitor is open i get keyboard lag in games. 2 Whenever Precision X OC starts up the link is always open even if i saved it as linked.

Unfortunately the 1070 SC does not have RGB lighting, and you are unable to change the color. It's possible Precision X is crashing because it's trying to change something that cannot be changed; I'll forward this to Jacob.

Yep, same problem. I switched to MSI Afterburner for my 1070 because having WMI Provider Host eat up so much of my CPU is ridiculous.

I am getting a strange rainbow bar that runs up and down the side of any game or benchmark that I run, but only when precision is open so that I can have the OSD. Otherwise if I close Precision it works fine. I have tried uninstalling the program and installing again but no luck. I have even put the card back to stock clocks thinking that this may be the problem but nothing has changed.

Another problem I noticed with this program when trying to fix my problem was that it doesn't fully uninstall. When I uninstalled and restarted the computer all my settings were still active including overclock and fan curve. I think this would be why I can get it to fix when re-installing. Someone please tell me if there is a way to make sure when program is uninstalled that all settings are reset as well

The EVGA PrecisionX OC application just crashes on me all the time. Sometimes immediately on startup, other times I can click on a few things before it goes. The error window that comes up says "EVGA PrecisionX OC has stopped working" and does not provide any real specific information on the crash. I've looked in "C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\PrecisionX OC" and poked around hoping to find a log file or something, but nothing seems like it gets updated when the crashes happen. I have a GTX 1080 FTW card, i7-4790k CPU and MSI Z97S motherboard running 64bit Windows 10. At first I suspected it might have been because I was gently overclocked, but turning everything back to stock makes no difference. Any suggestions or pointers on where I can get more information to help get the application to run properly?

I have the exact same problem. A few seconds after I start the program, it crashes. My Event Viewer tells me that the crash is because of the mfc120u.dll and StackHash_6e89.

It does not clean up well. Like in Afterburner. You get a prompt to save or delete settings with reboot. With Precision. When you uninstall it. Followed by a reboot. Delete the EVGA folder. It holds all the old settings there. So, when you reinstall. It starts out fresh. Please fix this EVGA for we don't manually have to clean up for a proper fresh start.

2 questions guys...
IS the X OC compatible with PrecisionX mobile?Because i can't connect by wifi and not by Bluetooth too...It just says "Unable to connect device" I have PC paired with Mobile tho and i find the PC in the APP...
Question 2...why isn't there "K" Button in my X OC?I have 1070 FTW and i don't have K-boost option in it...I did a fresh install of GPU drivers and completely unnistaled the old one...yet no "K" option for me :(

Hey folks - Is there a plan to update Precision XOC such that it supports the new Titan X? 6.0.4 won't; it errors out when I try to run it. And I do really want to overclock these monsters... Thanks!
Lots of stuff. I have a PC Parts Picker page with it all, but I can't put URLs in the signature.
