I was using the Nvidia drivers 314.22 when I updated Precision and had no problems using fps limit (60fps works fine to me).
 
I had to install an old version (306.97)  to solve a problem in World of Tanks, but now fps limit doesn't works anymore.  Already unninstalled and reinstalled Precision.
 
Any advices?

I had to uncheck and check again the FPS limit, and reapply. Solved. Sorry 

i assume i am doing something wrong...but i installed this on my second rig which has 2-480s and a 260. now for some reason my second 480 and my 260 both come up with temp, but im getting no reading what so ever (temp wise) on my top 480. 
 
any  suggestions i have tried uninstall and all that, and the previous version before i did a format worked fine and so did the other versions

I always get the same error and always have.
So I have always had to get update from other people.
Doesn't seem to matter what I do or how I try.
Always same result.
Error I always get is:
  Authenticate at remote partner site failed! SessionID=canIputTheseNumbersAndLettersHereMapCustomerID=puSh

4.1.0 is not holding any oc at all. Reverts to minimum settings after a few mins of load.
Is anyone else getting this?

Can you be a bit more specific?  What is your OC and then what are you seeing happening & to what clock speed?

Running EVGA Precision X 4.1.0 & getting the following error message and have not seen any posts about it here: [look at jpeg]
What is error code -23? Running GTX 580 Ulta's x2 using driver 314.22.  Software seems to be running OK, just getting message on each startup of machine.  I have uninstalled & reinstalled same happens????

Did you install new verision RTSSSetup501.exe inside the Zip of EVGA Precison X 4.1.0? Their are two seperate softwares are Precision and RTSS inside ZIP! Maybe you have forget to install and but did you uninstall old version first then install new version and make sure close both before uninstall? If not good do come back!!!

Okay let try use CCleaner!!! First close both program and uninstall both then do restart windows! Run ccleaner both clean and registry when done clean so try again install EVGA Precision and then RTSS after!! Let us know any problem!!

The OSD in now worthless. CAn't display anything but my fps. Who cares about that, fraps does it better all day if that is the info I wanted. Temp usage and Time are gone. What a junk move.

I will try to give EVGA precision ago. I use MSI after burner for a while now.

I do not know what OSD is? I downloaded this version, and I use it. It appears to be working fine. What is this OSD? Can I screw up my 660ti without it? This card was a lot of money for me. My rig is the most expensive thing I own after my car. I cannot afford mistakes.

Hey bud, you're fine.  OSD = On Screen Display.  It is only an option.  Use or don't.  Either way is fine.
What it does if you use it is allow you to show various things on either your monitor while you game or even a keyboard display.  Like GPU temp, usage, FPS, etc...
