EVGA Hybrid Cooler failure

So I think my water cooler crapped out after only 3 months of owning the card. Was wondering if there was a way to change settings on the cooler maybe? I hit 80+ last night and it's getting pretty stupid for a 750 dollar card. Should I just RMA it?

    It may be best to just go ahead and RMA. While you are waiting, why not feel the tunes to see if the pump is functioning?
