EVGA Guest RMA - ~200 Days left - but refused...

I have a Z75 Motherboard, and Guest RMA says ~200 Days Guarantee left.
I opened a ticket and German Support refused my RMA, saying no Guarantee left...
 
Also I can´t Register this Product to my Account.
It says, SN not found!
 
I buy EVGA cause they had a very good Support. But now, i can pay less for other manufacturers and get the same bad Support.
So why not saving Money?

    It looks like you've got the card registered to two different accounts at the moment, both with a Guest RMA submitted. I recommend calling our EU support in Germany for further assistance getting this sorted out for you at +49 (0) 8918-904911.

    I have already contact with German Support, but they still refuses the RMA...
    checked today, it says 201 Days left!
    This is why i´m looking for some help here, cause Germany won´t help.

    Now they changed Serial...

    Where you bought motherboard?
    Maybe is problem if you bought motherboard from someone who register on own name.
    That's motherboard from 2012. Who knows when motherboard is registered.
    If no invoice and date of purchase they will search shipping date of product... That's probably 2012/2013.

    This is what EVGA said.
    But in the Picture it says shipping 01.01.2014.
    So there are 201 Days left.

    I had similar problems starting an RMA with evga thought work.
    Once (if) you can start and RMA your be taken care of, but getting the rma started can be painful at times. That's about the same with every company.
     
    My advice if being calm does not work is to complain to evga EU support as much as possible, hold them accountable if they don't render the service that was agreed upon. And if all else fails get really mad and angry on the phone, just don't make any threats or anything like that. just yell and scream like a 5 year old that did not get a candy bar.
     
    also be sure to get a call back number for every person you get and ask for a supervisor when you don't get your way.

    I've responded to your last email with a detailed explanation of the situation. To sum up the situation, the board is a second-hand purchase. It carries warranty from the date we shipped it to the original owner, who bought the board directly from our EU site. As such, the original date of purchase puts this board out of warranty. I apologize for the confusion and trouble you have encountered with attempting to RMA this motherboard, and I hope I've cleared up why we are unable to assist with warranty service.

    What i don´t understand:
    EVGA says, shipping was jan 6th 2013.
    Guest RMA says, shipping was 1.1.2014.
    And now EVGA says, customer filled out form incorrect.
    WHY (???) is it possible to change EVGA´s shipping date?
    the System is faulty!

    They can explain it 1000 times.
     
    But no one wants to answer my questions....
    WHY a customer could Change a shipping date from EVGA?
    WHY - when there is no guarantee - the sent me a RMA number?
     
    AND:
    i have 2 (!!!) 790 digital pwm boards.
    ONE came from a RMA (oct/NOV 2015) was registered and invoice uploaded.
    NOW, this Board is faulty again. NOW invoice is missing or false. ???
    WHY??? half year ago, invoice was perfect and RMA fullfilled, now it isn´t!?
    I don´t understand.
     
    also second 790i pwm.

    If the product was RMA'ed before, you shouldn't need to upload a new invoice. EVGA system should of already registered to your account.

    An RMA'd product would not have an invoice. The original invoice from the original product would be the only invoice used.

    If you purchased a second hand board, the invoice from that purchase is not loaded, as it would be a guest RMA, not a full rma. Guest RMA does not require the original receipt, but if the rma information was loaded incorrect, then that is an oversight that would need to be corrected.

    What was the reason for the denied rma?

    These were boards you purchased brand new, correct?

    Do you still have the original invoice saved on your desktop, or in an email, or maybe on the website you purchased them.

    Check with the place you purchased the motherboards from, they probably have purchase history you can look at.

    As I mentioned previously I have already forwarded this forum thread to EVGA EU but they don't work on the weekends. Allow them some time to respond.

    And everyone can read that it is no guarantee if guest rma says x days left...

    I think this should be said cause EVGA Products are not cheap.

    And also that EVGA EU is...
    Half year ago rmas and invoices were good, now they are wrong or missing.
    I think they don't really know what they do...

    Or they don't want me as a customer.
    If so, give me back my money, and i ll send you back your boards.

    That is wrong, the US office is evga HQ. They can look into it to make sure evga customer is receiving the right support.  If you don't think this is true, feel free to email Joe Darwin.

    Sorry but your wrong, the US office can help him, EVGA HQ is in the US. They have helped people in the Europe before when EVGA.EU has dropped by ball.
