I would try to find proof that the evga product was purchased by you. Seems evga thinks you purchased it second hand and no longer has active warranty.

The board with this issue from this topic is second hand.
But this is not the problem!
Guest RMA is Guest RMA.
The Problem and what i don't understand: EVGA EU says it was shipped from them by a different date so guest rma shows wrong information because buyer filled out registration wrong.
Why can buyer change EVGA's shipping date without checking if it is correct?
And why they registered this product now to my account with these wrong date, knowing it is wrong??? ( If it is really wrong)...

2nd: i have 2 790i boards too.
They already came from rma from EVGA EU.
I registered them, and uploaded the invoices. From both i m first owner.
Remember, invoice uploaded, registered. RMA for both was good, invoices were good.
Now, they are faulty again. Both invoices NOW are wrong. They said...
But why now this invoices can be wrong? Half a year ago the invoices were perfect for RMA....
No one explains that to me...

That is weird how you were able to RMA the 790i boards before, but now they say the invoice are wrong.  They should have the original invoice on file from the first you RMA'ed them, how can they now be wrong.

The 790i part number, does it end in A1?

Dear benni16v,

Thank you for your posts.  I can confirm that our EU team has been responding to you directly to explain why the warranty was declined on your different products and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

1st:
I am sorry for any confusion caused by this website giving a incorrect date range.  I can confirm that the 2nd hand product in question is unfortunately outside of its 3 year warranty and due to this is is unable to be supported for warranty.  I am showing that all shipping was refunded for the error with the shipment into our center and I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I do however have to recommend that if the seller did advertise a different warranty length then you should consider working with them directly.

2nd:
In the case of your motherboard, I am showing that the motherboard in question was shipped to another customer for warranty and the original purchase date was in 2009.  This product was outside of warranty when your receipt says it was purchased and we are sorry for any confusion.  I am showing that we did process a warranty exception on this product for you in the past, but unfortunately we are no longer able to support with this product as it is over 5 years outside of the available warranty.

Please do not hesitate to email me if you do have any additional questions or concerns on your warranty. ChrisB@EVGA.com

@Msim no A1
Maybe the original Boards i registered had this ending. But like i said, half year ago they were changed through warranty.

@EVGA:
That is wrong!!! Both Boards i'm first owner, and both boards where registered within 30 days after purchasing them, so they have 10years warranty.

Both Boards where bought @K&M Computerstore.
One of these Boards already had a RMA earlier from EVGA.

I already know that my z75 board is out of warranty, But in my account it says it was shipped 1.1.14. + 3 years waranty= 1.1.17...
So why?

You need to go to K&M.
Side Question: Are they an authorized dealer through EVGA?

I already wrote, K&M is out of Business. Shop no longer exist.

Z77 is second Hand.
BUT the Problem here is:
i got this Board, and typed in the Serial to see if there is warranty or not.
Hoempage tells me there is warranty left, cause shipping date ist Jan. 1st 2014. adding 3 years warranty (like Chris said) it has warranty till Jan. 1st 2017 or not?
EVGA now tlls me, that owner insert a wrong shipping date. O.K. Shipping date was jun. 2013. (i think).
What i don´t understand:
WHY was the owner able to Change EVGA shipping´date? Why noone checked invoice before?
AND: WHY this Board now is registered to my account with shippingdate Jan. 1st. 2014?
so when there is 3 years of warranty, then this Board still has warranty till Jan. 1st 2017, cause EVGA says shipping date is Jan 1st 2014 and 3 years warranty.

I´m first Owner of both 790i Boards.
And there is no other invoice than the one´s i already upoaded.
