EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti ACX 2.0+ Product specs show one DVI-I port ? I am doing step-up program from EVGA GTX 970 SSC 2.0 ACX 2 and I have a Dell 30" 3007WFP Resolution 2560x1600 it requires DVI-D, which my current GTX970 supports, but on EVGA web site in product specs. for EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti ACX 2.0+ it shows DVI-I is this incorrect.

This scares me thinking i will have problems when new card arrives. I want to use the DVI port on graphics card. I have original DVI-D cable that has worked perfectly for years?

Please any answers?

A DVI-D cable will plug into a DVI-I port no problem.

I just caught it on specs, I looked at graphic and it showed DVI-I. Its shows it under key features as Dual-link DVI

Most video cards have a DVI-I port, including your 970 SSC.

For DVI to support a Resolution of 2560x1600 it requires DVI-D. Its cool the card has DVI-D

DVI-D can fit into a DVI-I connector without any issues.

Ugh...DVI-I is both DVI-D and DVI-A.  It's literally those two ports in one.  Anything that DVI-D can do, DVI-I can do.
