SCORE 1080 FTW $634.98 shipped from Newegg Business. Nothing like cutting it close on that promo code. Ended in 23 minutes. Actually will end up getting it for $625.53 after Ebates cash back. Now EK needs to get with it because as of right now I will have a paper weight sitting on my desk.

About how long after a product is released does stock typically become stable? I really want to hold out for a Hybrid this time, but it's tough trying to get an order in when everyone is gunning for it.
I'm sure some people have the process refined (automated, even?) and I'm sitting at work on a phone with a spotty connection for most of the day.

Same problem - usually at work in meetings or looking after my daughter, and not able to sit there refreshing the screen all day and night lol. EVGA is based in California, so if you live on the east coast it's a pretty safe bet that stock won't be available before midday EST on any given day..

Woot!!! Got one!~!!! Crap, first 4 times I kept getting "Error: There was an error while processing your request, Please click Here to start over.", switched to IE (shudder) and it worked.. thought I'd missed out. Nice, 1 hybrid ordered.

They must have been getting hammered... first time I submitted the order it gave me a credit card error and said try again later. So I tried again and it went through... then looked at my order history and had 2 orders! Had to cancel one x.x; Hope it all works out lol
