I hope, Europe gets enough stock, soon. North America has those cards in stock again and again and again, while we still wait for the SECOND shipment at all (talking about the 1080 FTW).

It becomes harder and harder to wait :)
In the UK, Scan has changed from being "In stock today" (or whatever the exact phrase was) to saying "Item currently awaiting an ETA.", Novatech is still saying "17 in stock today" but no update as of gone 6pm, I assume past their closing time :/. Pretty sucky. I actually couldn't wait any longer as I've been holding back on all the other parts for a full PC build so I just ordered all the other parts today with a cheapie graphics card just to see me through, it's getting a bit silly tbh.

How many? Like 1 of them? I happened to refresh my wishlist on Amazon this morning (didn't see this post at all) and lo and behold it shows as IN STOCK and at MSRP!!! OMG OMG!!! So, I added it to cart, selected my shipping, hit checkout and... "We're sorry, this item is no longer in stock" **** :( "Oh, but perhaps you might be intertested in the same item from these sellers starting at $845..." Sigh.

Has there been any word on a release window for the $609 non-FE blower style 1080s? I've been a happy 780 SC owner for three years, but I want to step it up to 1080 SLI, but my case wouldn't be ideal for two ACX coolers, and I have no more fan room for a hybrid radiator. The EVGA seems to be the only blower that's actually priced sanely around MSRP, but if they aren't around by mid-August, I might have to defect :/

For those of you hunting for a 1070 FTW in Europe, caseking.de appears to have them in stock! (showed a 22-7 release date before)
What a ride this was... My 670 found it a great idea to break down just after the 1070 was released. I had no idea that it would take this long for actual stock in the EU. It will be fun playing real games again for a change!

No, these cards are not a priority atm according to JacobF. Production goes to SC and FTW cards atm. SC is the same as standard ACX, though factory overclocked, this is the version they will sell first. My prediction for these type of cards would be late August as the other cards are still selling out in minutes/hours, so really no reason to sell a cheaper variant.
