Spoke to another Amazon rep. This time she wouldn't give me the 2 week time frame the other dude did for FTW preorders. Still waiting

Just talked to an Amazon Rep on the phone and was assured that my FTW would be in my hands by July 14, they also updated my shipping to overnight for free. They also are still pointing their finger at EVGA for the lack of stock. I am to the point where i don't even want the new card but i already sold my SLI 970's to purchase the 1080. If i still had my 970's i'd cancel the order and forget the new cards exist.

 Person 5 reconfirmed the August 12th date and apologized for the "false" July 12th date. But I think it may still be possible? These guys can't keep a story straight:

I am easily entertained just watching how fast these go. Unreal. I firmly believe this is not a supply issue more then ever. Limiting stock to keep the hype going and drive up sales.

I am just amazed how these cards sell at such a high price and gone in seconds/minutes. I mean seriously. $699 is like peanuts now a days? Then the timing. No one works and everyone pimping or what?
