Amazon.uk have told me that they've received a shipment (their first and only if you can believe that!) of 1080 FTWs in their "back end" and will take 3 or 4 days to process and ship

seems like availability is not just a problem over here in europe... Nvidia must be realy keen on selling all
those FE's first ;) How's general availability for the 1080 FTW in the states?peope over here are waiting
for month now and only some and few in between get their cards. Production numbers must be quite low still?

It is getting a little better, stock is starting to arrive on a more consistent weekly basis but still it goes very quickly, not enough stock to keep up with demand yet.

Was perusing the EVGA product section yesterday on my mobile phone and apparently it was the same exact time they had the 1080 FTW in stock, snagged one by sheer dumb luck. Was waiting on the Step-Up of my 980ti FTW purchased two months ago, but got tired of waiting. Now just waiting on payment from 980ti ftw buyer on ebay and my 1080 saga will be over. Right now the Legend Continues...

Been a loyal EVGA owner for many years. Motherboards, GPU's. I really want a GTX 1080 from you guys. But I'll be honest with you, the waiting is getting tiresome. I'd like to buy it direct from you guys or from anyone that has stock. But everywhere I check its out.
 
I'm still holding out to get an EVGA card but my patience is waning and those other brands cards are in stock at some of the places I've checked. This really feels like a paper launch to me, not that I'm blaming you (EVGA) more so NVIDIA for launching the cards before they had adequate stock to fulfil orders.

I have been trying to get one of the FTW cards since launch . received 5 notifications and each time they were out of stock. the only place I can find them in stock is way over MSRP on amazon or other sellers web sites its getting a bit frustraiting ! I'm hoping to have every thing ready for my new dg 87 case when it comes in.

How about sending some of the cards in EU also? I ordered mine already in May and paid almost 800euros for it and still don't know when it might be here. But I will not wait more than two weeks anymore when my summer holiday starts. I either have 1080GTX FTW or grab something that is available and cancel it.

Ive been waiting for a 1080 FTW to pop on newegg or amazon so i could snag it. The 1080 SC popped up on newegg yesterday so I took it. Overall im not too disappointed in my decision, my case leds are white and hopefully i can overclock it to 2 ghz.

Woot.  Bought 2 1080 FTWs!  Haven't gone SLI in awhile (not since my 2x 580s), but I recently moved to a 4k monitor so I want that extra horsepower!  Went with the uber-slow free shipping, though, since even plain ol' 3 day shipping was like $50 o.O
 
Now how about some stock on the 1 slot spacing HB bridges, EVGA?  :D

See, problem is nobody should be able to buy two at once with as bad of launch and continued chronic shortage of supply that this has been. Not that EVGA gives a hoot as they just sit back and rake in the money.
 
Supposedly managed to get one this time around, though I'm fully expecting yet another "sorry, but we oversold" message any moment now.

Speak of the devil, the 1 slot spacing HB bridges just came in stock.  The stars have aligned today it seems.
 
EDIT: And went out of stock literally right after I placed my order.  Wonder if I really snagged the last one or if the system let my order slip in when it shouldn't have o.o

Ugh, was just on the order page for a GTX 1080 FTW on newegg, clicked order and got an error, went back, sold out. 
 
This stock problem sucks for people like me that work 60 hours a week... impossible to get these cards since during business hours for most places i'm not able to use a computer.
