Did anybody received email from Memory express canada for the EVGA 1080 GTX FTW they suppose to have first shipment this week we are in middle of the week seem nothing yet this is real slow what the hell going on been waiting almost 2 months now it seem canada still don't have any 1080 GTX FTW only Newegg canada that about it.

Last I heard from them (yesterday) they were still awaiting their first shipment that should be there this week. So that could be today, tomorrow or Friday. As for the amount, I have been told 3 times I believe that they are only getting 50. As for more than that, I have been told first that it would be the 20th for the second shipment and that it would be closer to 300 cards, but then yesterday they just said end of July for the second shipment. And this is why I ended up ordering one from NewEgg.ca. It is costing me more, but they couldn't guarantee that I would be in the first group, even though I pre-ordered from them back on the 27th of May. I really wanted to get it from MemEx, but I'm tired of waiting.

The UK Amazon page is still saying Temporarily Out Of Stock, but I haven't pre-ordered so I'm not sure about pre-order status. Scan and Novatech have both changed to saying Due Tomorrow (with Novatech stating they have 17 of them enroute) and eBuyer still saying the 22nd.

My new 1080 FTW I snagged from EVGA last Thursday is finally out for delivery today, woohoo! Can't wait to try this puppy out. Been a long time since I have had a flagship card. typically would go a step below. UPS is showing delivery not until late this afternoon, but I ain't going nowhere today ( an advantage of retirement) as a sig is required, going to make sure I am here to accept it.

I'd take the Scan one with a pinch of salt. Since release their due date has been a constant cycle of: Due any day now > Due today > Was due in a few days ago > [repeat] at this point im convinced it just a ploy to snag as many pre orders as possible

I was able to snag a 1080 FTW off of newegg yesterday. I received an instocknow alert on my phone and bolted across the house to my computer where I've had the newegg page sitting open for a month and a half. My wife was wondering what was going on when I lit off across the house so fast. F5->Place in Cart--> checkout Bang, ordered and card charged.

I find your lack of stock disturbing. Still looking for a 1080 FTW in Europe (Netherlands) but none of the dutch (r)etailers have ever had stock. And the only 'EVGA partner' Alternate.nl does not even list the FTW. Meanwhile... in Germany... mindfactory.de webshop advertises with 'over 150 units sold' of the 1080 FTW. How can you explain this? Either they are lying or by the looks of it only a very select few of the etailers have gotten the majority of the stock. I will tell you what is happening in the Netherlands: there is no stock, prices are inflated, brand loyality is waning. Some are buying other brands (*cough* MSI) because they do have stock. Not like the 1080 FTW is made of Unobtainium now is it? Really would like to know when Europe will get proper unbiased stock.

The 1070 SC on Amazon UK has just had its price increased by almost £50.
It's not back in stock or anything, guess they just figured they'd charge more for never ending pre orders!
To be fair , it was already cheaper than everywhere else so they've only met the others price. But still.

Ah, that explains a lot. Did not think of that. Thanks! Leaves me to wonder if the next batch will be enough to satisfy demand. I am guessing: probably not. If it takes too long it might be worth waiting a bit longer for Vega and TI (but then again the waiting game starts all over again).

For anyone that pre-ordered from B & H Photo, it looks like they just received a batch of 1080 FTW cards.
The order status for my card finally changed to "In stock, order sent to warehouse Expedited Delivery"
I pre-ordered on 6/4.
