Hello, I just bought the card in the title from Amazon and it arrived May 8th. I had no problems installing it or getting drivers, etc. I have been having a few issues though. First I got a few nvidia driver crashes that show up in the event viewer if I go look. After two of those, I downloaded EVGA Precision and put the power to 124%, and I then overclocked it just a little bit. CPU temp target is at 85C with GPU clock +75 MHz and Mem Clock at +50 MHz. I then did not have driver crashes but persisted with newer issues.
I suspect it to be an overheating problem as of now. My monitors will turn off but my audio still comes through, that happened a few times. Today I had it happen a little differently. My left monitor with google chrome open just went black. My middle monitor with WoW running froze, so did right monitor with skype video call going on. My mouse and audio inbound and outbound were still functional and I could see the mouse moving on screen and changing when I hover over something.

My powersupply is a thermaltake. I forget the exact wattage but it is around 550.
Picture is just extra info that may help!
If there is anything else you need for me to add, let me know!

That should be the exact PC I have except PSU changed, GPU added, and added HDD.

Might want to try running a older driver to see how that works out for you. Try driver 347.88.

Some cards don't overclock at all or are unstable at their factory clocks. I want you to use precision to downclock the card by 200mhz in its core clock and memory clock and set the power target to 100%. If I'm right, the card should run smoothly and then I want you to set it back to its factory default and if it crashes, then RMA the card. Otherwise, if it runs nice at its factory clock too, then that's just unlucky and you can't really RMA a card because it doesn't overclock nicely (but you could). If none of that works then go back to the drawing board.

Follow Sajin's suggestion. Driver 352 is horrible as is reported by too many people. Try an older driver.
