EVGA GTX 970 SSC - 3 840 × 2 160@60hz not available with the only one HDMi port ??
 
I use a cable HDmi 2.0 high speed .
 
My TV is Philips 55PUS7909/12 with a HDmi 2.0 port to hdmi 1 and 3840 x 2160 @ 60hz specification
 
My screen flashes in 60 Hz, no in 30hz
 
Have you solution please

    It sounds like the cable might be bad or not a true 18 gbps cable which is required for 4K 60Hz.
