If you want to disable the light altogether try Electrical Tape Application. Not supported officially by nVidia or EVGA but is lightweight and easy to install. Also functions 24/7 until removed, so from the moment you power up your machine, the lights are off; no waiting for Windows boot.

It works with my 780 Hydro Copper. I didn't think it would but gave it a try. It's funny to see it "breathing". lol

That's awesome.  lol  I am going to assume it will work with the 780 Classified Hydro Coppers too.

Also having problem with 2 titan in SLI.
As soon as I select other card it resets settings on one before back to manual. Also Light changes worked on 2nd card only no effect on 1st one.
Would be great to have it working with both :)

Thanks for the utility! It'll definitely come in handy when I finally get my windowed Mozart TX chassis re-built with square aluminum bar supports. :)

Is this fully SLI compatible? I can only control 1 card at a time.. id prefer to have both cards do the breathe light.

I can't open it with Winrar, it says: "Unexpected end of archive" or "The file is corrupt"
I have tried to repair the zip file but same error all the time

Have you tried deleting the download an trying it again? I've used this same file myself so I know it's not corrupt on EVGA's end. How about using 7-Zip? I've never had a problem with it.

Breathing mode on both GPU's?

Can you show me a video showing its working and how did you configure it for each card?

Well, I'm not going to bother with a video. All I did, was set frame rate monitoring on in EVGA Precision and set both GPU's to LED Breathing. They are both 'Breathing' in unison. I don't use RTSS typically and don't install it normally. Are you sure you're setting BOTH GPU's to Breathing? Can you control both GPU's manually?
Edit: if I didn't make this clear, you must have RTSS, which comes with PrecisionX  when you down load it, installed and running for breathing to work on the GPU's.
You activate the ability to set Breathing or FPS by selecting FPS in the monitoring tab.

I want the regular breathing mode and not the FPS based. I have the RTSS installed. I have both of them set to breathing. I can control both GPU's manully ONLY in LED intensity mode no other modes work.

If you can make both GPU's use the regular breathing mode I would be interested in knowing how you did that, so far nobody has been able to do so yet.

I've used this software to create ground fx lighting on my case.   I soldered directly to the 12v lines for LED's and wired them to two 12v light strips and have control over the led's via the software.   It works wonderful.   I would like for you to add a option if its not too much to ask.    Strobe effect.  I'd like to cycle between 0 and 100% and enable the slider to control the strobe speed.   If this is possible it would look amazing.  Attached are pictures of the software working.   Strobe effect would just put it over the top for me.

I cant post the youtube video but its watch?v=9RZBR1BNvIo

It's funny, 3 people have asked if this will work with the ACX cards and not a single reply.  Jacob, maybe you could be a bit clearer as to EXACTLY which cards have the LED's built into them.  That way I don't have to waste my time looking into the side of my case wondering why the program isn't doing anything for my 780's.

Actually, the 780 Ti Classified's have LED's and I'm not sure if this program works or not for it. The LED controller in Geforce Experience doesn't do anything for these cards, so I'm guessing neither does this program.

The ACX cards may have LEDs still,  but there is nothing on the side of them to illuminate.   It will look EXACTLY like the attached picture.   More than likely it will not allow individual control as it will do very little other than pulse a bright light.  I would like to dim it at least or turn them off,  and I think that is the answer others are searching for.

My Ti Classies have the LEDs,  so I am curious as well.

The "extremely bright lights"  show whether the card is functioning or not.   There are a few threads,  pretty hard to find,  that explain that each one is connected to a key component on the card.   If the light goes out,  bad juju has happened.   The only cure for them,  is to cover them with electrical tape or something of the sort.

yeah, the Classified cards have specific LEDs, but EVGA does not make their purpose very well known. Scarlet, do you have any links to these buried threads? I would love to understand how these LEDs work and what each one represents.

Also, Jacob - if you're reading this, it would be nice to at least dim them. They take so much of the attention in a modded build, and I find this completely insane since they are mainly for troubleshooting purposes, as Scarlet mentioned.

Also, Jacob - if you're reading this, it would be nice to at least dim them. They take so much of the attention in a modded build, and I find this completely insane since they are mainly for troubleshooting purposes, as Scarlet mentioned.

Go to Google and type in Ti Classified LEDs,  and the kingpin guide comes up as a pdf that explains it.   Google is your friend.   It took me 5 minutes just to get to this page,  because the wifi I am borrowing has 150 on it as we move around the world.   Google is where I found the answers,  and it will bring you back to  the EVGA Forums if nothing else.

If you look at the probe it,  I kid you not,  the measurement spots for the probe it are linked directly to the LEDs. So,  if you red those on the website,  you will also see what the LEDs do.  I wish I could be of more help,  but it is hard enough getting working Internet right now.

yeah, i know how to use google, man. thanks. I could not find anything specifically in the forums - thats why I asked for the links you were talking about. I just thought the card i bought (2888) is too new and EVGA hasnt released any firmware relating to this issue. I had assumed the kingpin pdf info applies for all EVGA 780Ti cards, but I have not been able to find similar documentation for the other cards in the lineup.

I'm hoping to hear from a moderator or a representative from EVGA about it

Ok,  I have slightly better Internet now.   I will find the post from Jacob and link it to you.   May take a while.

*it actually only took a few seconds. http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=1840834 the 6th post is from Jacob explaining.   The only difference is the generation of classified,  but the purpose is the same.

The LED's near the EVBot connector show voltage going to GPU, PEX and MEM. If any one of them goes out then for some reason voltage stopped flowing to that portion of the card.

Now,  that is from the horses mouth as best as I can get.   As far as brightness,  I doubt they will change it.   As said before,  electrical tape.
