I have a GTX 770 and am consistently frustrated at the high minimum fan speed of 41% or around 1350rpm - it's the loudest thing in my case.
 
Anybody know if there's a way to lower this?
Can I use kepler bios tweaker to lower the minimum speed?
 
My card details are as follows:
EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card
2GB DDR5 Core clock 1.11Ghz
02G-P4-2774-KR
 
Help would be appreciated - I'd rather not have to sell it and buy a new card to reduce the noise.

I did mail to support as well and got update that gave that 29% bottom speed. However in practice it seems to be 1200 rpm so the actual change was from 1320 rpm to 1200 rpm.
 
Still it was a noticeable change and I am quite happy about it even though it's not super quiet.
 
BIOS version I received from support is 80.04.E6.00.70 so it is second newest bios that was available on Techpowerup (newest was 80.04.EB.00.70). I wonder what that has, but I'm not going to try.
