Backplate and high flow bracket just arrived, got them put together (which was quite easy by the way) and they are in the computer now. They look soo sweet!!Will post some pics and some temps a little bit later today! Go buy you one now, you wont regret it!

  Those are the photos of both installed and I have noticed about a 2-3C drop in temps during idle and load.

It would be much easier to just light a 20 spot on fire then to buy and install this dumb thing. My card works and looks great WITHOUT a back plate.

Might just have to snag a couple of these for my 570 step-ups. Have them waiting in the wings for when my new shinies arrive! So you guys really are seeing temperature drops? Would LOVE to see some temp data out of a controlled environment for these.
I just want them because I like the looks hehe. Any temperature decrease is an added bonus.

I was sitting in the living room by the front door waiting for my backplate today. UPS left a note saying they will bring it tomorrow because no one answered the freakin door. They knocked so light my dog didn't even hear it and he flips at car doors closing down the street. sigh
