Can anyone comment on the quality of this card?  Mainly the noise level at around 60% fan speed VS an FE model?

    any aftermarket cooler will be quieter and more efficient compared to the FE model.

    I have one and use MSI Afterburner with fan curve with it.  When temps get to 70C, the fans are running at 80% and the card is still quiet.
