Hello Bychus and welcome to the Forums!

The GTX 1080 Classified has been released locally in the US at some Micro Center locations and their online store. We can expect a wider release coming soon but do not have an exact date yet. If you listen to the EVGA Podcast they tend to make announcements regarding new releases. Unfortunately no information yet on when these will be available in the EU.

There are some differences such as 14+3 power phases on the Classified versus 10+2 on the FTW. This will provide more stable power delivery to the GPU which can technically equal out to higher offsets but it is not guaranteed. You will still be subject to the silicon lottery when it comes to overclocking.

Plus there are always the bragging rights that come with owning a Classified.

EVGA, Please release the Classified to a vendor besides Microcenter. Will the USA EVGA web site or Newegg receive any soon?
I have $750 ready to hand you. :)

Did you just say online store!? But I checked and ot said it's only available for store pickups... Did I miss something? I will have to check it out when I come back home... But if anyone knows, it will be very helpful if you can explain it to me.

Picked up my 1080 Classified at the Micro Center in Duluth, Ga. near Atlanta last Thursday.
Was lucky to grab it, as they only had two when I looked at there website. Drove 1.5 hours to pick it up. Luckily, they had it put away safely. THANK YOU MICRO CENTER! Had more luck, as I got an well above average over clocker. All clocks are 4k stable. 2139 on the core and 11080 on the memory. One hour running valley and one hour Black OPS III stable(4K) at 2114 core (Temp related down clocking) and 11080 on the memory. Max temps were 68-69C during valley run and 65C during black OPS II gaming. At 1440 resolution my stable overclock was 2152. Great Card! Good Job EVGA!

Micro Center is the only source to purchase a Classified in the US right now. Each store gets maybe 1-3 at a time. The FTW is tough enough. The Classified is extremely tough to get your hands on. I was lucky to find the two available early that morning and purchased one of the two.
