I don't believe him but... based on my Oculus Rift pre-order experience, it wouldn't be too shocking if big retailers ship out before eVGA pre-orders.

I order From Memoryexpress. I doesn't care to wait, what was important is the price that I get 884.99$ Ca. Was surprised to receive that email because it is listed backorder. They probably had a noticed from EVGA that they will receive those card that are already sold. Soon price will rise up. Waiting for the tracking number.

The web pages haven't always been updated in a timely manner, and sometimes are wrong when they are. The webmaster probably hasn't gotten much sleep in the past week.

Well my two cents:
 
Alot of us pre-ordered when it first became available to do so on the website almost a week ago...and yet not a word has been said about any kind of official ETA...would it not make more sense to at least give an ETA to your loyal customers who just want your product over some of the other options out there?  Im waiting patiently and im not bashing, but it is a little annoying to let a week go by without giving some kind of official ETA...it'd be nice to know, just saying!

Was able to pre-order my FTW from amazon, tried calling to get an estimate date and they just told me the same thing it says on my account (pending). Guessing we will see them ship week of 12th-18th! The wait!!! For anyone that bought from Amazon though once you see the charge go through on your card that means it has shipped so I'll be paying more attention to my CC!

But also pay tax in many locations.  May not be applicable to you.
 
EVGA posted on a different discussion very recently that the expected shipping of the SC is around the 10th or 13th, the FTW on the 17th and the hybrid in early July.
 
I'm still struggling with keeping my FTW pre-order or getting a FE.  I just hate waiting another two weeks.  I have no video card ATM.

That's the thing. I'd have $0 in tax where I'm from. Literally just watched the Amazon order for the FE drop from in-stock to pre-order trying to decide lmao. I'm so impatient!!!
I really shouldn't be, since I know FTW will be better. However even on my past card I didn't need to overclock, and then I'd have heat expelled to the back instead of in the case (but I have a very high airflow case, so that wouldn't really...matter?). 
 
I don't know....I just want a damn 1080 Dx

Yeah, but the shipping would of been free and two-days (Prime) on Amazon. Cost less than the order I posted from EVGA for my preorder since their basic shipping is like $20 xD
This is a real struggle...I should suck it up and wait since my current card is good, but....lets be real here...lmao
