    I cant download it.. says the case I bought isnt registered to my account.. Yet I used this account to preorder the case.

    "registered" did you "register" the case yet?

    I can confirm that you have not yet registered the chassis to your account. Please Register your Product first then you should be able to see the download link.

    Thanks for the info. I built the case not thinking to look for the serial number.
     
    Where is it on the case? It's heavy and don't want to disrupt the build trying to find it. 
     
    Thought since I bought it through evgas site it was in the system already.

    Take the cover off to the fans on the right side, there is a sticker at the bottom.
