I have a problem with your computer configuration sent! Stay 7 days without using the equipment. When I start the machine, it just does not start. Checked power connections, and nothing. So I was eliminating the problems in stages. I started testing my Power Supply, but works normally! I disconnected all the hardwares and cables. And I connected again and still not returned to work! The motherboard does not work and just stand by led lights (blue). You advise me some other testing???

Remove power cable from PSU. Wait for LEDs to go out. Press and hold power button until the LEDs come back on. Wait for LEDs to go out. Leave for 2 minutes. Reconnect power cable. Press and hold power button for a few seconds until it powers up.

If you have registered your board at the appropriate time for the 10 year warranty to apply, you should be able to get a refund of the purchase price if they haven't got any refurbished replacements to send you.

I hate to say this but it is your own fault for not reading the smallprint. Registering within 30 days is hardly an arduous task. Ludicrously long warranties come with strings attached. And 2 years warranty applied regardless, so there is also the question of why you haven't sent it back within those first 2 years. You cannot entirely blame the manufacturer for personal procrastination.

It is unusual for a motherboard to be repairable. Any damage more extensive than a dry solder joint is generally a write-off.
 
If you already have CPUs and RAM, my advice would be to look on ebay for Supermicro X8DTH series motherboards. They have very similar spec to the SR-2 (7x PCIe x16 slots), only in a more sensible, slightly smaller form factor, and without many of the design faults and firmware bugs. There are several similar models depending on the exact features you want.
