Well after installing and playing Titanfall 2 my system got a FreezeScreen or Flickering and then Freeze and ofcourse the windows reboot screen and so on. I try'ed to reinstall the system from scratch, tryed to use DDU, i tryed to use another screen so it doesent use 2560x1900 rez with no progress. I cannot log into the system because it freezes up everytime i try to access it. I can reinstall the system and use it in the 800x600 rez but as soon as i start config on the driverside it wants to switch to the recommended setting and freezes up again. this Card is not even a year old and is causing a lot of problems and it is truly frustrating to be bottle up in such messes. Any help is greatly appriciated. Olo Next Feedback Well i have managed now, by tinkering some more, to get the grafic-lines to show even when i am in the BIOS. Its getting worse from where i am sitting.

Cn you describe the problem a bit more clearly? What symptoms are you seeing when you install drivers? What are you seeing in BIOS that is a problem? Also, and very importantly, can you please list your system model numbers to include: motherboard, CPU, RAM, PSU (and age), GPU, OS (if windows, open search and type in "winver" without quotes and press enter), GPU driver version number

Stripes and flickering on the screen: Intel i7 3.5 Ghz "CPU" Win10 "OS" Asus ROG Maximus Impact VII "MOBO" 8192MB (DDR3) 1333Mhz "RAM" Nvidia GTX980ti "GPU" Corsair AX1200i "PSU" Its all less then a year old. I am getting VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (NVMDDLMKM.SYS) I tryed installing the latest of nvidias driver including the last 4 releases for the 980ti with no success. And as i did mention its getting worse.

Thx but not going for it. Its not a .dll issue me thinks. Especially if i can replace the Card with another one, not from EVGA, and it displays everything perfectly. Its not my RAM/SSD/MOBO or CPU its definitly the card, the error message is just what the system can identify as not working properly. I maintain all of my systems very well, this is not something caused by poor maintenance and i need a solution. ;)

So you read the description and do not want to even try the resolution, good plan and good luck then.

Some may be afraid (unwilling) to offer a possible solution as you lambasted howdy2u2 somewhat. You may want to offer thanks before shooting down a friendly bit of advice. There are things you can still try, on what I/we will interpret based on what you haven't written so far? 1) Have you tried starting up in safe mode?

Well dewd (how about dude or is dewd much cooler to spell) good luck. Wow with a little searching I can find hundreds of hits for free on repairs. Although it's a moot point since your card crapped out......... side note: awwww bummer dewd.

Again, if you would have read my post you would understand that googling that message doesn't help since it is a symptom not the cause of the problem. case closed / thread closed
