MSim, I wish it was as easy as this. Please understand that with a sweepstakes there are laws and you have to be able to participate without a purchase requirement as well as be able to enter through the mail. I assure you that we randomly select prize winners and just because someone does not have any forum posts does not mean that they are necessarily a new customer. Everyone has a equal chance and we thank everyone for their feedback and participation. MSim

MSim The Event is way too easy for people to Cheat the system. EVGA does nothing to make it hard for people to make fake accounts to have better chance to win. People can cheat the system the following ways: Make a EVGA account using free wifi around town/city Make a EVGA account using work internet Make a EVGA account using internet access from phone company (not home wifi) Now you know why every year over 90% of the prizes go to people with no posts.
That's sad people with no post get i7-5960X and whole, platform, Broadwell-EX and GTX1080 and X99 motherboard while lehpron and other members with 20.000 posts have Pentium with 2 cores and Internal graphic card. That's one of 50 similar examples. But life is not fair.
A simple way to stop that kind of cheating would be to require a product registered to your evga account to be able to take part in the event. If you don't have a evga product registered to your account, you could take part in Facebook event or entering using snail mail (letter).

I know just because a winner doesn't have any post, that doesn't mean they used a dummy account. What we would like to see, is evga look into adding some safe guards to make it harder for people to cheat on any of the events by using dummy accounts. Look at each event evga hosts, try to find ways to safeguard from cheating when possible. I'm in no way saying evga rigged anything. You guys at evga have higher morals standards, than to do something like that.

Hi all! I won one of the level 4 gaming prizes. I emailed Iwon about accepting the prize and was told to fill out the form and it should be shipped out in a couple days. it's been a few days after that and I haven't received a email about it being shipped. the deadline for accepting prizes is going to over in a few days. Will I still get the prize?

So how does that work. Joined 5 days ago? Wasn't the contest over quite a while before that?

Seems some people get mad and frustrated pretty easily over an amazing event that EVGA and all the sponsors provided us with. Which they didn't have to btw. Looks like my winnings have already been shipped and I will be getting it a lot sooner then the 4-6 weeks i had planned.

Maybe the join date doesn't start until they view the forums while logged in.

This was my case MSim. While i have had an EVGA account for about a year, when i first hit the forums after the winners were posted it had just registered me at that time.

Yes, after you confirm your address on your evga.com profile. Once it ships, they send an email with tracking. Given you're receiving a physical item.

Today the CyberPowerPC arrived pretty banged up in Germany. At least the packaging was more or less destroyed, but I decided to unpack it first before I send anything back to the USA. After unpacking a pretty nice setup revealed itself and damage is really minor – except a few scratches on the back of the case and a nocked edge on the back the system is looking great and completely functional (and since it’s wall facing …) and only the Blu-ray-drive is missing, where I was wondering before where to put it in this case ;) Thanks a lot for this great gaming rig @EVGA !!!

Today I received my package from EVGA, it took almost a month since the confirmation email. Here's the pics: I want to thank so much all the EVGA team for this scanvenger hunt and for shipping directly to my country (South America).
