Finally! That's nice! That's the reason I sold mine, because I refuse to own EVGA boards, but yet I wanted one for my 580 Classy HC before.

What card do you have and are you in flash mode? Also make sure the cable is plugged into the far left plug on the bottom of EVBot.

I had the same error, ended up just closing everything out and trying again and it worked. On a different not though, I flashed my other EVBot to the 580 firmware without issue, however it is not allowing me to raise the VGPU on the card, says I fail

EVGA might of just F-UPed! my Evbot! I followed these directions to the T and i got the error that everyone else is getting! SO my Evbot displayed the words "Flash mode" and the screen light went on and off constantly. I tried closing the EVbot Flash tool and reopening it and trying it again to no avail! But now i think this might have F-upped my EVbot cause now every time i plug the cable back into my GPU the Evbot lights up and displays nothing but a black box on the screen!!! I cant even get it to go into flash mode anymore!! EVGA! Please Help me! Okay! After playing around with the evbot, i was able to get it back into flash mode by doing the following: "unplugged the cable from the MB port with the other end still plugged into my GPU. Then i held down the power button while plugging cable back into the MB port. I continued to hold down the power button for about 7 seconds and it showed flashmode on the Evbot LCD. WhEW!!!!! I tried the Flashtool again and it worked! Who new?! I uplugged the power to the EVbot and plugged into one of the VGA ports on the Evbot instead. The Evbot now reads " EVGA EVBOT For EVGA VGA and shows V019 on the bottom right of the Evbot LCD" Is this the right Version? Can someone please confirm that the Flashtool updates the Evbot to V019? Please?

Just a quick curious question. After i press OK on the Evbot Welcome Screen, i see the following: VGA0 VGA1 VGA2 VGA3 I only have 3 Gpu's! Why do i see 4? I only have 3 cables plugged into the Evbot on VGA ports 1-3!

Okay, This post is all good and fine, but do i need to run the EVGA Evbot Flash Tool for each GPU in my system? The reason why i ask this is because i am confused with the menu options on my Evbot. Like i mentioned above, i have VGA0 VGA1 VGA2 VGA3 Now like i said, i have only 3 gpu's If i select VGA0, I get the following: Vcore VPLL VDD VDDQ If i select vga1,2 or 3, i get the following: NVVDD FBVDD PEXVDD1 PEXVDD2 OCP I dont see what i saw on VGA0. If i make a change to VGA0, does it affect all my GPU's simultaneously? Before you ask, yes i have read the instructions throroughly and even looked up online and nothing explains this.

jblanc03Like i mentioned above, i have VGA0 VGA1 VGA2 VGA3 I think "VGA0" corresponds to a mobo if you would have any connected, thus, "VGA1 VGA2 VGA3" are your graphics cards.

The Nach is the EVBot a worthwhile companion? It depends a lot on what do you think to do with it, I mean, if you just want to overclock your videocard "a little bit", I think it is not worth, but if you are the kind of hardware torturing guy, then, I think it is a nice and friendly help. I've been able to reach 1450 Mhz on each of my 680's Classified with the EVBot's help.

I received my EVBOT today and I am not finding where on the GTX 680 Classified Video to plug in the cable. Did I waste my hard earned money on the EVBOT? All 3 of my GTX 680 Classified Cards are new. Thanks for any help, Bill I can connect it to my x79 FTW with no problems. Even updated the Firmware.

bcavnaugh...I am not finding where on the GTX 680 Classified Video to plug in the cable. Newer 680 Classified videocards do NOT have the EVBot connector due to nVidia restrictions: at first they had it, then nVidia released a statement restricting some things and ordering EVGA not to include the connector anymore. Anyway, you can buy the connectors (eBay) and solder them in its place, it works just as great as if it came already installed by EVGA. I have a 4-WAY SLI setup, and in one of the cards I had to go that way, buy the connector and solder it because I bougth that fourth card after nVidia's restriction date =)

Then I hope that when the x79 Dark comes out I will get $50.00 off the price. ( EVGA_JacobF) I hope that someone at EVGA reads this and updates the page below and REMOVE Supported EVGA Products: EVGA GTX 680 Classified http://www.evga.com/articles/00521/ I would push this issue with EVGA_JacobF but I would rather him push out the x79 Dark and maybe some EVGA WaterBlocks 690 and 680 Classified that is. Also regarding the EVbot, if I alter the voltages on my cards, is the change permanent or do I loose the over-clock once the machine is powered off. Hopefully I am posting in the right place and someone will be able to assist. EDITED: You would need to post in the WTB section for that, which you also need 50 posts to do, and auth from Evga. The WTB portion of this post has been edited out / deleted.
