I have a EVGA GeForce 780Ti acx card installed in my system. The trouble I'm having pertains to driver issues, no matter what I try I am unable to install Geforce experience or any of the components including the drivers. I have google searched the problem and followed several instructions found on the web, to no avail. It shows that it is detected in device manager but has a triangle with ! inside. When I try to load the drivers it starts to install then the the screen goes black and goes into a rebooting loop until it says that the PC is diagnosing for repair which also fails. Hopefully someone knows how to solve this issue.

not sure but maybe you are having the same problem as i did ... check what version of windows you have by using the command WINVER in the Run option.

see if you have the build: 1511. if not we will continue from there.

These are the current drivers for Windows 10 64-bit. http://www.nvidia.com/dow...ults.aspx/105037/en-us . Try using Custom(Advanced) Install method and NOT the Express Install. Uncheck all boxes except for your graphics driver and PhysX and place a checkmark in the box to perform a 'Clean Install'. Reboot when finished. See if this is successful. After that you can install GeForce Experience as a separate installation. http://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience

OK that says that I am running version 1511, I boot into safe mode and I use the DDU to remove the drivers then PC is able to boot up, but soon after it re installs the drivers from Microsoft and displays message display drivers updated reboot to finish istallation, then PC refuses to boot all the way up.

Zuh13156 I have done that and the same thing happens. I have also changed PCI-E slots (happens in both ) thinking maybe that would help, that didn't work either.

very strange issue but i'll\we will try to help out as much as we can.

can you please check your windows event viewer and see what error do you have related to driver installation.
that should shed some light on the problem.

also try this if you didn't already :

    1. Download latest drivers from the geforce website available for you GPU.

2.Control Panel>> Programs and features>> search for NVIDIA, uninstall anything related to it.

3.Delete the Nvidia files in the DisplayDriver folder.

    4. Uninstall GPU from device manager.

    5. Restart computer (wait a little, windows will try to re-install the GPU to your device manager; then windows will also install the generic driver that came with the GPU from factory).

    6. Go to custom install on the driver you downloaded, tick the custom option>> tick clean install, and if you don't use 3D, un-tick the 3D driver from the options as well>> Proceed to installation.

    7. Restart computer one more time, and hopefully that solved your issue.

here was a install fail it appears, also yes it is error 43 in device manager. It appears to only show the installation fail of installing the drivers that occurred don't see anything from it not being able to boot up after installation. I usually can download from Geforce experience and I do uncheck everything but drivers and phys-x that didn't work either. I have tried what you have said above didn't work either. After I uninstall everything and delete folders and such shouldn't the screen look different? You think I should thoroughly go through these steps and try this again?

just that you know what is a code 43 in general :
Code 43 is one of two things - corrupt driver, or bad video card. Basically, it's working enough to get you into windows, but not well enough for the drivers to make the higher functions of the card work, hence the code 43.
ahm no need to jump in to conclusion that this is a hardware problem though... it's a very tricky Error (hate it very much) and most cases 90% it's the Software side.

i would try as a last resort installing windows OS from scratch and trying again. could be many things ... corrupted registry... virus driver\windows communication error. windows update killed something... and so on and so forth.

if windows installation from scratch not helping what so ever then i am sorry to say that your card reached it's end :(

also it could be a PSU 12V rail slow death ... check that out via AIDA 64 for example.
try your card in another computer if you able. (before installing windows from ground up)

Well while I realize anythings possible I have a new Corsair AX860 power supply installed. I hate to think the cards bad as I haven't had good luck at all with this card at all as this is #3. I don't know if they're giving me used refurbished cards ( If they have such) or completely new. Is their such a thing as just part of the card being unable to be used? I ask this question because I'm able to set the resolution to 1920x1080 but it doesn't detect my other monitor. I have also reinstalled windows several times and have ran CCleaner as well still doing the same thing.

This is very unfortunate :( but sadly if you have done all of the above, the card is gone. RMA it.
Really tried to help you with the hopes that it's software related.

+1, I agree. Submit a support ticket to get the RMA process started. The sooner you do the sooner you'll be back up and running again. Reason for RMA if asked: "Error 43 in Device Manager".

Sounds like the card is busted. Time to rma again.
