Sajin, get in contact with G2A. I got mine from G2Play and their support is too notch. As long as you got the buyer's insurance, they'll make it right.

I started a ticket as well as a paypal dispute. Just waiting now.

I got my key from G2A and everything works flawless with the key and the DLC key. Send me a screenshot of the keys with a line in them. The DOOM activation key will only be in a triple set three distinctive sets of keys. The DCL will also have three triple sets of distinctive letters and numbers. I had no problem with activating everything and for a lot less then wasting my time and money at the local game stop.

Filed a dispute with paypal as my key didn't work on steam.

Was that the G2a.com $25 keys?

G2A.com for 34.11.

Never had that issue for the same price. I have no issues with G2A.

Thats odd don't have that issue.

Yeah that was something that I experienced a lot in games with ID Tech 5, like RAGE and the last two Wolfenstein games, seems to be a non issue with Doom and ID Tech 6

It is definitely dark, but certainly not Doom 3 dark, at least not at the point I am in which is only about 2 hours into the campaign

Trans, I completely agree with the Doom3 issue, it is dark enough for a good creepy monster feeling, but with one or 2 exceptions, it is never too dark, and I don't see well in the dark.

So far, I love it, it brings me back to the days of Doom on a 486.  Graphics look amazing, music is great and none of that doom3 "ok, monster is gonna come out of the stairs, oh look, I cant go all the way up the stairs..**RRRAAAAAAAWWWWWWRRRR** gee there it is way to "jump scare" me sigh."  Lots of monsters lots of gunfights, I had an absolute blast with my first Berserk pack, and rock/paper/scissors of how to keep hp and ammo between refills of glory kills, regular shots and chainsawing more ammo out of monsters, sounds kinda cheesey and if you think about it it kinda is, but it is just fun.

There was one setting I couldn't turn up all the way as it requires 5gb or more of GPU RAM and I got 4....  I have a hex core, and I saw all the cores getting solid use and very minimal use of the HT's, and it didn't appear to get very good SLI scaling, that make come later with drivers, and the mouse feels a little floaty, no other complaints.

I loved in Resource Operations there is a secret area to get part of E1M1.

Next stop, reboot Heretic and Hexen!  IMHO ROTT was pretty good and stayed true to its roots, Shadow Warrior was really good, (ignoring Duke), if you remake Heretic and Hexen with this quality I will have my favorite teen FPS list brought into this millennium!

My biggest gripe is not being able to save my progress like in Fallout 4. There are times when I just can't sit any more and need to stop playing because of damaged discs in my back from sloppy heart surgery. This can be a tad annoying not knowing where I am going to be forced to restart the game. I know it's my problem but still.

Actually, I'm onboard with that too, had some things to do and was hunting secrets and didn't want to lose progress, so it was minimized in the background for a while.

I don't mind checkpoints, BUT, I don't want it to ONLY be checkpoints.

Yeah I was apprehensive too, because Doom3 in and of itself was a fine game, but should not have been called Doom, as it really was not a Doom game, it shared very little aside from Mars, and the monster list, not behavior, just the list.  In Doom3 I think I got as far as the Delta Labs and was kinda meh from there, never finished it.

This I can see myself finishing, it is just old school fun.

I'm looking forward to seeing modders making Doom and Doom2 in this engine, maybe Final Doom or the Jupiter Missions as well, like the did with Knee Deep with the Doom3 engine (which was really fun, but still slower paced) in this engine, as that would be a really fun replay.

Yeah I was apprehensive too, because Doom3 in and of itself was a fine game, but should not have been called Doom,
This I can see myself finishing, it is just old school fun.

I'm looking forward to seeing modders making Doom and Doom2 in this engine, maybe Final Doom or the Jupiter Missions as well

+1 spot on - this remake is fun and I hope to see some really cool remakes with the SNAPMAP  tool.

This is definitely a return to the old school style.  Liking it a lot.  I did enjoy Doom3 but glad they went away from the horror style that was all the rage at the time and back to the old school plow through a ton of monsters with as much gore as possible that made the originals such a hit.  I haven't made it very far into the campaign yet, just finally tried to turn the satellite back on last night.  I found the first legacy level in the previous zone, hopefully I can find the one being talked about in the ops center since I'm still in there.

Just got Doom today but only had one hour to play before I went to work. I have to say it plays smooth on 4K resolution with everything set to Ultra but with motion blur off and DoF off as well, I don't ever like those on in any games. Anyway even when it's only using one card I was getting 60 FPS most the time, I read that there is no official SLI profile yet but there will be. But even when you just use Alternate Frame Rendering 1 it was using both my cards and the FPS went higher, really nice to see a game play this well right off the bat. I can't wait to get back home and get more time on it, turn up the entertainment center and let the mayhem commence.

Doom does have a built-in OSD with three or four different settings depending on what you want to view on-screen. Example: Off, Low, Medium, High, Ultra.
