Here you go enjoy

I do have to say Bethesda had a little something for almost anyone I think they have stolen the E3 spotlight.

We should turn this thread into E3 catch all to avoid what happened in Computer Industry News with Computex news spam.

Any software announcements about games can be put into this thread or the gaming thread. I mainly post hardware news in the news section and not software or games unless it's Windows.

+1 I really think Bethesda Id and the rest of the studios under Bethesda stole the show for the rest of E3.

I'll wait for actual gameplay footage. The dude hosting the Doom, so full of hype, I wanted to break his nose, "come back when you care about the game dummy!"

Actually id didin't develop the new Wolfenstein games, it was MachineGames. And yes, MachineGames, did a good job.

As for Doom 4, it looks good and I'll be watching it closely. Any news on the beta?

I saw some of this last night... WHOA!!!
The last "Doom" game was fine in its own right, but it was not Doom, it lacked the feel.

Walls of bads, tons of ammo, lots of open ground, twitch friendly controls, imho, that's what it's about, and so far this looks pretty good!

    Definitely watching this one.

I'm actually more hyped for the MP. How long has it been since we had a good DM game? Quake 4's DM was only good after the latest patches and by then it was dead. Doom 3 MP was garbage. So that means 1999,  quake 3.

I hear ya, but I LOVED them in SP as well, the dark vibe, walls of monsters, back in the 90's I beat Ultimate Doom, Doom2, Final Doom (Plutonia Experiment and TNT) and Doom the Jupiter Missions SO many times, I did tons of DM as well, but that's why I loved Doom, Heretic, ROTT, Hexen, Duke, SW, etc back in the day, they were all fun enough to jump in single player if no one was handy to blowup.

I had a great compilation version, had Barney, Beavis and Butthead (as the Pinky and Spectre), Predator, Bill Clintons head replacing the cacodemon (saying "I did not have sex with that woman" everytime it would have normally fired) there were others, it was a bunch of mods mushed together through the old DOS tool DeHacked.

I picked up Doom 3 on Steam and its nothing like the old ones. The graphics looks similar to the new Doom (obviously not as good) but it played like a surival horror game where its all dark/moody and things jump out at you. They could have called it Resident Evil Mars and I would believe it.

Wolfenstein sucked and early buyers where promised access to the Doom beta. (That's why I got lame Wolfenstein)Im still pissed about being deceived. Not a peep. That money went to the thieving hands. I wish people would go to jail when they lie like that.

Wolfenstein didn't suck, but you're entitled to your own opinion.
Wolfenstein wasn't developed by id either, it was developed by Machine Games. This title has been developed by id.
Sadly Carmack couldn't see the project to the release date...
