Does Precision XOC replace Precision X for 980ti

980ti user and when I click on Precision X link it brings up XOC instead.
 
Has XOC replaced X for 980ti?

    The new version 6.0.5 does.
    I have some GTX 980 Cards and went back to 5.3.11 myself.

    I have some GTX 980 Cards and went back to 5.3.11 myself.


    I might do the same.
     
    Not only did my GPU issue carry over from PrecisionX 5.x, but now I cannot get it to show anything in the system tray not my Logitech G-15 LCD panel (in terms of GPU temps, since that is what I ma mainly after).

    No, Precision X OC is designed for the new pascal cards. It does now support the older cards but the new features are Pascal specific.  You get no benefit for 900 and earlier series cards.
