Does EVGA RMA process check if your video card works with dual monitors?

I'm not sure how the RMA process works and how they check if a card is defective, but my GTX 970 SSC only crashes and freezes with dual monitors. My friend tried my card and had the same results. I'm not sure if it freezes with 1 monitor because my friend tried only 1 and it didn't freeze, but I can't recall if I tried only 1. Anyways I am worried that my card will be sent back to me saying that there isn't a problem. Could any EVGA representative confirm that they check my video card with dual monitors?

    If your RMA was approved because the card would crash with dual monitors, I'm sure they would check the card in that setup.
