DisplayPort not working after driver update

Hello,
 
After my most recent driver update, windows is not recognizing my displayport but will recognize HDMI and DVI on my pq321q.
 
I am currently running 2x GTX 980 Ti's
Win10 x64 (this was also occurring in Win8.1 x64)
NVIDIA Driver v10.18.13.5580 (also with older drivers)
 
I have tried completely removing all drivers and when it boots to windows the displayport will work, however, after I install the latest drivers it will not recognize.
I have also set power modes to prefer maximum performance.
I have also booted into safe mode and completely removed and reinstalled the cards in different slots. After the driver update I am back to the displayport not working.
 
The Intel HD Grapgics 4600 device is also in a disabled state.
 
The only time the displayport works is if I am in the BIOS or have completely removed drivers.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Use older drivers. I like the 350.12 WHQL because they give me the best performance.

    No luck - once the drivers get installed the screen goes blank.

    Try a different Display Port, you have three of them. If none of them work try a different DP cable. I have seen lots of bum DP cables lately.     What would cause a dp cable to fail? I've got that StarTech cable and about a month ago I updated the display driver and it hasn't worked since. Checked 3 different dp ports on 3 different 970s and nothing. I figured it was a driver or cable failure. Cable's less than a year old.
